Impressive sound through smart engineering and premium components

The sophisticated ported enclosure design of the IK E8.1-SVC2 MK2 delivers impressive sound pressure levels and a remarkably deep low-frequency response for its size. At the heart of the system is the 8 inch / 200 mm IK W8-SVC2 driver, equipped with a high-power, high-excursion single voice coil and a handcrafted paper cone. It ensures that amplifier power is translated into rich, powerful bass with minimal compression, delivering a dynamic and precise low-frequency performance.  

Smart terminal concept

The new connection terminal features a plug-in design and offers two connection options: a screw terminal for conventional speaker cables as well as a standardized MOLEX connector for custom wiring harnesses. This combines the best of two worlds: maximum flexibility for classic HELIX-style installations, plus a plug & play logic familiar from the MATCH ecosystem. It greatly simplifies installation and enables quick, safe removal and reinstallation when extra space is needed. The detachable plug also reliably protects against short circuits, as no bare cable ends remain inside the vehicle.

Maximum performance

The IK E8.1-SVC2 MK2 is designed as a 1 x 2 Ω subwoofer, making it a straightforward solution for achieving maximum power output with compatible amplifiers such as the HELIX AMPLIFY 201 X-OVER, HELIX AMPLIFY 201 DIRECT or MATCH UP 1FX.

Built for durability 

The enclosure is covered with a sturdy carpet featuring the embroidered HELIX logo, ensuring both style and resilience. Furthermore, the Velcro-equipped feet ensure a secure and stable hold in the vehicle.
