International Sales / Export Staff Member (m/f/d) – Schmallenberg
Your responsibilities
• Supporting international customers and distribution partners
• Preparing and handling export documents
• Supporting customs-related export processing
• Assisting in the development of existing export markets and the expansion into new markets
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Processing customer inquiries and coordinating on products, prices and delivery dates
• Coordinating and communicating with internal departments such as sales, marketing, logistics and product management
• Supporting the planning and implementation of sales activities and projects
• Maintaining customer master data and sales-related information
• Participating in trade fairs and customer meetings
Your qualifications
• Professional experience in sales, export or international customer management, as well as experience in preparing export documents and handling customs processes
• Experience in working with export and customs software, ideally Proteria / ATLAS
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business, sales, foreign trade or a comparable qualification
• Good to very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
• Desirable: interest in technology / car hi-fi
