For music lovers who value natural and detailed reproduction, the BRAX DSP – Output Analog AKM module is the ideal choice as part of the initial BRAX DSP configuration.
The AK4490REQ D/A converter from Asahi Kasei uses Velvet Sound technology to achieve a particularly harmonious and distortion-free reproduction of the original sound. In combination with the TI/BurrBrown OPA1656 SoundPlus operational amplifier, it creates an analog signal path defined by musicality, transparency, and high precision. Five software-selectable digital FIR output filters with different characteristics, as well as switchable output voltage of 2, 4, or 8 volts, allow flexible adaptation to individual preferences.
Important: The BRAX DSP – Output Analog AKM module is available exclusively as part of the of the initial BRAX DSP CORE model configuration and is integrated at the factory – Made in Germany.
